  • Underwriting authority
  • Risk appetite
  • Human review requirements
  • Contractual relationships between insurance parties.

05Future MGA Operations

Catastrophes.ai may develop and operate insurance programs, underwriting capabilities, or Managing General Agent ("MGA") activities where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

When operating as an MGA or licensed insurance entity:

  • Such activities will be conducted under applicable regulatory requirements
  • Insurance authority and obligations will be governed by applicable agreements and licenses
  • Additional terms may apply.

The technology services described in these Terms may operate separately from any regulated insurance activities.

06User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining appropriate authorization to submit information
  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users must not:

  • Submit inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Use services for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent AI-generated analysis as guaranteed outcomes.

07AI Output Limitations

Users acknowledge that AI systems have inherent limitations.

Catastrophes.ai does not guarantee that:

  • AI-generated recommendations are error-free
  • Risk predictions perfectly represent future events
  • Catastrophe forecasts accurately predict all future losses
  • Generated analysis is suitable for every insurance decision.

AI-generated outputs should be interpreted as analytical assistance rather than certainty.
